Who should do this? - EVERYONE

Because as of October 2010 people impacted by Black Saturday, February 2009, are still suffering and struggling greatly.
Help our PEOPLE and our STATE Recover.

Families, media, government and businesses are all made up of individuals who can embrace "SOC Day", sowing their own "seeds of compassion" by reaching out to a person.

CARING, DOING people can jump on board EASILY.

Who created and is responsible for this idea?
ONE fire impacted person who suffered multiple family deaths in the fires.
Please help all our impacted PEOPLE and honour the  loved ones who never made it.
